Our High Level of Revit Design to LOD400/500 allows for accuracy to the millimetre for BIM projects.
All pipe, fittings and miscellaneous components we use are all accurate to the millimetre. What you see is what you get.
We can create unique families from data sheets as needed if not available allowing us to continue to keep to our high level of detail throughout our projects. This allows for finer coordination with structure and other services.

With the ability to extract pipe listing, fitting & pipe support details from our models, procurement is never a delay. Your pipe will be fabricated & strapped at the yard before its needed. Accurate listings & takeoffs mean no unwanted pipe or materials on site allowing for cleaner and well organised working spaces.

Overseeing the process
Monitoring the projects construction phase ensures that the design is being followed to our benchmark level. Overseeing the installation allows us to work in with the installation teams to better suit future systems to their needs to improve their performance.
We know it works, we've seen it work
Intergrated testing schedules are populated for site teams to follow ensuring all aspects of functionality of the system are met to our benchmark standards. Site commissioning and functional intergrated testing are all part of our deal.
